Client Services Coordinator
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Client Services Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact between our clients and technicians. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, excels at communication, and can manage multiple priorities with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication
Provide daily updates to clients regarding open job statuses
Act as a liaison between technicians and clients to ensure accurate information flow and timely resolution
Support scheduling, follow ups, and coordination as needed
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong working knowledge of Excel
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a dynamic environment
